(1) The licensee producing liquor shall produce liquor only from blending (bleeding) of spirit produced from patent steel plant.
(2) A liquor manufacturing licensee shall produce 15, 25, 30, 40 and 50 U.P. Shakti liquor should be bottled as prescribed by the department.
(3) A liquor manufacturing licensee shall produce 70 U.P. Shakti liquor should be sold only in 300ml liter bottles or bottled as prescribed by the department.
(4) During the production of wine, patent steel tanks or wooden vessels should be kept in vats for fermentation.
(5) The arrangement as per sub-rule (4) shall be applicable from 1st Baisakh of the year 2076.
